Shifu James uniquely integrates the internal body-mind dynamics with the interconnected ‘external’ dynamics” and runs classes in and around Toronto, Canada.

We have some classes in Hexham, Newcastle, Gateshead and Blaydon – all of our classes are now run by teachers who are part of Andy James programme.

Steve Pardue is currently Assistant Instructor with the Tai Chi & Meditation Centre, based in Toronto. Shifu James uniquely integrates the internal body-mind dynamics with the interconnected external’ dynamics.

We will be introducing the slow, meditative aspects of Tai Chi Chuan and teaching the CORE principles behind the movements.
