We hold regular workshops and in particular are keen to bring Andy James back to UK on an annual basis. The following is an extract from the workshop held in 2010.
Following on from the successful “Insight into Tai Chi Chuan” Workshop by Andy James we are pleased to anounce that Andy will be returning to the UK to introduce his Personal Mastery Programme.
This two day workshop will be of interest to anyone who practises Yang style Tai Chi Chuan and is of particular interest to those who practise Rose Li Tai Chi Chuan.
Saturday 13 March 2010: Day one Tai Chi Chuan – drills, interactive exercises, push hands and form review, starting with the short form.
Sunday 14 March 2010: Day two Morning – an introduction to Baguazhang and Xingyiquan, form and application. Afternoon – an introduction to Insight Meditation and Ageless Wisdom Spirituality.
