Book List
Here is a list of recommended books. Our Tai Chi does not really feature in any books but the closest to our form is the Wu Style Tai Chi chuan by Tinn Chann Lee. The most helpful book I have found though is regarded as the bible of Tai Chi and is the Dao of Taijijuan by Tsung Hwa Jou.
Other books provide some interesting background in particular the Tai Chi classics by Waisun Liao.

Tai Chi background
Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese system of slowly flowing movements and shifts of balance that strengthens the legs while conditioning the tendons and ligaments of the ankles, knees, and hips, increasing their range of motion and making them more resilient, less prone to injury.
