Classes are currently held in Newcastle, Gateshead, Blaydon and Wylam.

Blaydon

Beginners Tai Chi Class (Short form)
 For new starters and people new to Tai Chi
Date: Wednesdays
Time: 6.30 - 7.30pm

Intermediate Tai Chi class (Short form and long form)
 For students who have completed the short form
Date: Wednesdays 

Time: 7.30 - 8.30pm

Advanced Tai Chi class (Short form and long form)
 For students who have completed the long form
Date: Wednesdays 

Time: 8.30 - 9.30pm
Location: St. Joseph's Community Centre, Blaydon.

Qi Gong classes (Age Concern - although really anyone can join)

Gateshead

Date/Day: Thursday 
Time: 11.30 - 12.30 

Location: St Emmas Hall , St Joseph's Church, Gateshead (opposite metro/ bus station)

Time: 10.00-11.00 and 11.30- 12.30

Location: St Joseph's Catholic Club (Birtley Lane)

Newcastle

Qigong class

The Hunyuan 12 step Qigong set emphasizes the flow of qi through the channels using circles. Ongoing enrolment (open to all), no previous experience necessary. As taught to me by Richard Druitt, from Master Chen Zhonghua.
